Here's Vince installing a gas direct vent fireplace and
custom building it into a living room..

These are pictures of a typical removal of a rotted fireplace and chimney system, and installation of a new direct
vent gas fireplace on Long Beach Island. Notice in picture #3 that it really does not look that bad, but when the
firebrick was taken out, this fireplace was totally shot and an extreme fire hazard in picture # 4. ( It's mangled
from the removal process.) You can see the final picture is the new fireplace with the spackle still wet.

If your house is on the water, and your fireplace is more than 15- 18 years old, the chances are pretty good that
it may need replacement. This particular fireplace was about 18 years old, and as you can see, we replaced it
with a new gas fireplace and capped off the old chimney/ chase structure to eliminate the water problem.
Generally, a replacement like this can be done in just one to two days!

Is there a door , window, or steps and a sidewalk in the way? No problem! As you can see, we are
capable of any installation. You can install a fireplace practically anywhere in your home.
